You may request deletion of your personal data where: it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies; or you have validly objected to processing. Note that certain data must be retained for the periods specified in Section 8 regardless of an erasure request, due to legal obligations.
You may request that 2jbat restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or pending the outcome of an objection to legitimate interests processing. During a restriction, your data is stored but not otherwise processed.
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity, and is carried out by automated means, you may request a machine-readable copy of your personal data for transfer to another service provider. This right applies to data you have actively provided to 2jbat.
You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming risk assessment. 2jbat will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights, or unless processing is necessary for legal claims. Strict 21+ Policy. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, the data deleted (subject to any overriding legal retention obligations), and any deposits returned.
11.1 Age verification through CNIC documentation is a mandatory step in the 2jbat account registration process precisely to prevent underage access. 12.2 Withdrawing Marketing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by: (i) clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email; (ii) replying STOP to any marketing SMS; or (iii) updating your notification preferences within your 2jbat account settings under Communication Preferences. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal, and does not affect your receipt of service communications (such as account security alerts, transaction confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications) which are sent on the basis of contractual necessity.
