These Terms & Conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and 2jbat governing access to and use of all platform services — sports betting, casino games, slots, payments, bonuses, and account management.

2.1 — By completing the 2jbat account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or otherwise accessing any 2jbat Service, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 — These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jbat with respect to your use of the Platform and Services. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.3 — Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific promotions, tournaments, or features within the 2jbat Platform. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of the subject matter to which they specifically relate.
These Terms are provided in English, which is the governing language of the agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the binding interpretation of the English text.
3.1 Age. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to open a 2jbat account or use any 2jbat Services. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 2jbat employs age verification through government-issued identification (CNIC) cross-referenced with date of birth information provided at registration. Any Player discovered to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned net of any fraudulently claimed bonuses.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 2jbat Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2jbat makes its Services available to Pakistani players under its international gaming licence. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them personally.
3.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting under duress, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are not permitted to hold a 2jbat account: (i) persons currently self-excluded from 2jbat; (ii) persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform; (iii) employees of 2jbat or its direct affiliates; (iv) persons who have provided false or misleading information during registration; and (v) persons under 21 years of age.
21+ Strictly Enforced. 2jbat has zero tolerance for underage gambling. All accounts are subject to age verification, and 2jbat reserves the right to request CNIC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation results in immediate account suspension pending review.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) active 2jbat account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and your current email address.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jbat account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 2jbat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 2jbat shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 2jbat may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage of the account relationship, including but not limited to: at registration; before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000; upon detecting unusual account activity; or as required by our licensing obligations. Required documentation typically includes a photograph of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie photograph holding your CNIC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 2jbat account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (Rs 200) will be returned to your verified payment method. Pending bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2jbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards. 2jbat reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit on 2jbat is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no fees charged by 2jbat for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 10 seconds. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal on 2jbat is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of request submission during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. 2jbat reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for withdrawals above Rs 100,000, which may extend processing times.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (i) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (ii) any active bonus wagering requirements relating to the withdrawal amount must be met or the bonus forfeited; (iii) withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own verified name — third-party withdrawals are prohibited; (iv) 2jbat reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
5.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus values on 2jbat are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applicable to PKR transactions on the Platform.
5.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your 2jbat account, you warrant that you are the legitimate owner of those funds and that they originate from lawful sources. 2jbat is required under its licensing obligations to monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 2jbat are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to your 2jbat account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each bonus offer page. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Validity. Each bonus is subject to a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus amounts and associated winnings remaining at expiry of the validity period are forfeited without compensation.
6.4 Welcome Bonus. The 2jbat welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. Abuse of the welcome bonus — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — results in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. 2jbat actively monitors player behaviour for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, arbitrage betting across bonuses, and collusion. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed, bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
6.6 2jbat's Discretion. 2jbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by a player, and to decline to award a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to suspect eligibility conditions are not met.
7.1 General Gaming Rules. All games available on the 2jbat Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game's server-recorded result shall be final.
7.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 2jbat are subject to 2jbat's Sports Betting Rules, which govern matters including bet acceptance and confirmation, void bet policies, in-play betting procedures, maximum payout limits, and the handling of abandoned or postponed events. PSL cricket betting, international cricket markets, and all other sports betting markets are governed by these rules.
7.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are broadcast in real time from licensed studio facilities. Technical disconnections during a live casino game round are handled in accordance with the live game provider's published disconnection policy, which treats incomplete rounds according to the game state at the point of disconnection.
7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 2jbat reserves the right to declare the affected bets or game rounds void and refund stakes to players. 2jbat's decision regarding malfunctions is final. No compensation is payable for winnings that would have accrued but for a malfunction.
7.5 Maximum Payouts. 2jbat applies maximum payout limits across all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. 2jbat reserves the right to limit individual bet stakes at its discretion and without notice, particularly in cases where it identifies patterns inconsistent with recreational gaming.
7.6 Game Integrity. All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on 2jbat use certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently audited for statistical fairness in accordance with our licensing requirements. Audit certificates are available for review by players on request.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbat Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

9.2 Age Restriction. As stated throughout these Terms, 2jbat Services are strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. This restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

10.1 All content, branding, software, technology, design elements, game content, text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, and compilations available on the 2jbat Platform ("2jbat Content") are the property of 2jbat or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 2jbat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Services solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any 2jbat Content; decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any 2jbat software; create derivative works based on 2jbat Content; or use 2jbat's trademarks or branding in any manner without express written permission.
10.3 The 2jbat name, logo, Captain's Bounty game branding, and all associated marks are trademarks of 2jbat. Unauthorised use of these marks constitutes trademark infringement.
11.1 Platform Availability. 2jbat does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond 2jbat's reasonable control may result in temporary interruption of Services. 2jbat accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, interruption, or technical failure unless such failure was the direct result of 2jbat's gross negligence.
11.2 Gambling Losses. 2jbat shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by a player in the normal course of using the Platform and Services. Players participate in gambling activities at their own risk and accept that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of gambling.
11.3 Limitation Amount. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 2jbat's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of 2jbat Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Excluded Losses. In no event shall 2jbat be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, even if 2jbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits 2jbat's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 2jbat's own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.
12.1 2jbat's Right to Suspend. 2jbat reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any 2jbat account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (i) breach of these Terms; (ii) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (iii) failure to complete KYC procedures; (iv) money laundering or suspicious financial activity; (v) bonus abuse; (vi) operation of the account by a person under 21 years of age; or (vii) any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account would be contrary to 2jbat's licensing obligations or legal duties.
12.2 Forfeiture of Funds. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — 2jbat reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposits, pending withdrawals, and accumulated winnings. This right is exercised in accordance with 2jbat's internal policies and is subject to review through our dispute resolution process.
12.3 Return of Funds. Where an account is suspended pending investigation and the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any balance correctly belonging to the player shall be returned to their verified payment method within 5 business days of the conclusion of the investigation.
13.1 2jbat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the 2jbat Privacy Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 Personal data collected by 2jbat is used for the purposes of: account creation and management; identity verification (KYC); payment processing; fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; customer support; and marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.
13.3 2jbat implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All sensitive data — including account credentials and payment information — is encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS encryption.
14.1 2jbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via: notification on the 2jbat website; email to registered account addresses; or in-platform notification upon next login.
14.2 Continued use of the 2jbat Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 4.5.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 2jbat website at 2jbat.bio/terms-conditions and is identified by its effective date shown in the page header. Earlier versions are available on request.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbat holds its international gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.
15.2 Dispute Resolution — First Instance. In the event of a dispute between you and 2jbat relating to your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter arising under these Terms, you should contact 2jbat's player support team in the first instance via the contact details in Section 16. 2jbat commits to acknowledging disputes within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving all relevant information.
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved between you and 2jbat within 30 days of formal submission, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body authorised under 2jbat's gaming licence. Details of the escalation procedure are available through 2jbat's compliance team. 2jbat commits to cooperating fully with the dispute resolution body's investigation and to accepting its binding determination.
15.4 Exclusion of Class Actions. You agree that any dispute with 2jbat shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
